Refund Policy

At GetCalledNow, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and transparent business practices. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how they are handled.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All payments made to GetCalledNow are non-refundable, unless required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Because our services involve time, labor, digital work, advertising management, and operational resources, fees cannot be reversed once services have been delivered or allocated.

2. Subscription & Service Fees

Payments for the following services are non-refundable:

  • Virtual receptionist services
  • Call handling and lead qualification
  • Live transfers
  • Automation and CRM support
  • Marketing and advertising management
  • Social media and content services
  • Branding, design, and website development
  • Technical support or consulting

If you cancel a subscription or service, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time or unused service capacity.

3. Advertising Budgets (Google, Meta, etc.)

Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads are not controlled by GetCalledNow and are non-refundable.

If an advertising platform issues a refund due to an error on their side, it will be handled directly by that platform.

4. Project-Based Work (Design, Branding, Websites)

For project-based services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Work already completed cannot be refunded
  • If a project is paused or canceled by the client, any completed work up to that point must be paid in full
  • Refunds are only considered if no work has begun and only if explicitly agreed in writing

5. Service Interruptions

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Delays caused by missing client information
  • Issues resulting from third-party platforms (Google, Meta, CRM tools, etc.)
  • Client-side technical problems

If GetCalledNow experiences a significant outage that prevents service delivery, we may offer service credits, not refunds, at our discretion.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were billed incorrectly:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the charge
  • We will review the case and correct any confirmed billing errors
  • Valid billing errors will be refunded or credited accordingly

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting GetCalledNow may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services
  • Permanent account closure
  • Additional fees for dispute resolution

We encourage clients to reach out to us directly so we can resolve issues quickly and professionally.

8. How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund review, contact us at:

Subject: Refund Request

Include:

  • Your full name
  • Business name
  • Service purchased
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the request

We will respond within 3–5 business days.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
